First you have to open the record's overview.

• Go in "Patients" or "My records" on the main menu.
• Tap on the record you want to modify. The overview opens.
• Then tap on the section you would like to edit. The encoding view of the EHR opens.
• Edit any field.
• Saving is automatic. Swipe right to exit the overview.
