Just a few days before our first anniversary, we are pleased to announce that a dozen talented investors have decided to support us financially and personally in Andaman7's adventure
Who are these investors extraordinaires ?
Let's back up a bit: Andaman7 is a spin-off of Vincent Keunen's (our CEO) previous company where the development of the technology started 3 years ago. In September 2014, the project joined the Leansquare incubator that helps launch startups. Leansquare is supported by the investment fund Meusinvest, one of our investors. The company A7 Software, owner of Andaman7, was then created on November 7th, 2014 by Vincent Keunen (CEO) who later added as a co-founder Maite Grisard (CMO).
This October 30th were signed the official acts changing the company status from an SPRL to an SA (Société Anonyme: Limited liability company) and certifying the capital increase of € 1.3 million. Proper procedures were confirmed by the notary this Monday, November 2nd.
Our different skilled investors bring undeniable added value thanks to their experience, their advice and/or their commitment to the health sector. Among them:
- Bernard Delvaux: CEO of Sonaca Group, formerly La Poste, Belgacom, McKinsey.
- Marc Nolet de Brauwere: Founder and CEO of Physiol, expert designer and manufacturer of intraocular lenses.
- Jacques Galloy: Managing partner at Gaudeto, formerly CFO of EVS, dcinex, RTL Group.
